Enshi bean skin
Enshi bean skin is a local snack in Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province. The main ingredients are potatoes, corn and rice. The finished product is milky white in color and has a light fragrance. There are two main ways of doing it. One is cooking, the other is stir-frying. Now it has become a tourist food and folk breakfast.
How to eat soybean skin
